Leadership Improvement Plan

The Leadership Improvement Plan (LIP) utilized the leading workouts armoury (LPI) survey to determine the coachs individual leading vogue. Myself, Devin (assistant coach), Karen (head coach), and 4 student-athletes completed the survey. I think autocratic behavior was rated lower because as a learned person coach, practice is structured such that it does not allow a band of athlete-driven input.
